Kaskama is for adult creators and their fans. You must be at least 18 years old to publish or unlock content. This policy explains what is allowed, what is not, and how we enforce it.
Legal, consensual adult content that you own or have permission to publish.
AI-generated and synthetic media, as long as it is clearly labeled, does not depict a real, identifiable person without that person's consent, and does not fall into a prohibited category below.
Photos and videos that respect the privacy and rights of everyone shown.
Any content involving minors, or that sexualizes minors in any way.
Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera material, leaked or stolen media, and intimate images shared without consent.
Deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real people created without their consent.
Content that depicts sexual violence, coercion, bestiality, incest, or extreme violence.
Content you do not have the rights to publish, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks.
Content that promotes illegal goods or services, or that is otherwise unlawful in the places Kaskama operates.
If a photo or video is generated or significantly altered with AI, say so in the caption. Labels protect fans and keep synthetic media from being mistaken for real events or real people.
Anyone can report content that breaks these rules with the Feedback button at the bottom of the page. We review reports and may remove content, restrict publishing, or close an account.
We report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the relevant authorities.
Kaskama stores media in its own cloud storage and post details in its own database, never on the blockchain. Deleting a post removes it from Kaskama, but copies that fans already unlocked or downloaded may remain. Do not publish anything you may later need to take back.
